Origin
Why we started.
Most janitorial contracts are sold on price and fail on consistency. The same site gets a different crew on a different cadence with a different scope, and the client is the one who notices. ClearPrime exists to fix that pattern for the operators who feel it most — healthcare facilities with audit exposure, multi-tenant property managers protecting tenant experience, and retail centers where a dirty floor is a brand statement.
