Supervisor
Run the shift. Brief the crew, walk the site, close out with the client. We back you with route systems and a real escalation path.
What you'll do
The work, day-to-day.
Lead two- to four-person cleaning crews on assigned sites.
Run pre-shift briefings and post-shift quality walks.
Manage inventory and supply orders for your routes.
Handle client questions on shift, escalate same-day to the account manager when needed.
What we look for
The background that sets you up to win here.
Two-plus years of janitorial or facilities supervision.
A track record of holding teams to a standard without burning them out.
Comfort using a phone-based quality reporting tool for post-shift closeouts.
Prior customer-facing leadership experience required.
